At PEAK RUGBY, our mission is to help young rugby athletes to build a solid foundation for long-term success through rugby-specific functional strength training and tailored supplementation. We’re dedicated to bridging the gap between poor training practices, inadequate nutrition, and peak performance. By focusing on enhancing strength, mobility, and resilience, we help athletes unlock their full potential—both physically and nutritionally—while reducing the risk of injury.

OUR STORY

PEAK RUGBY was founded from a deep passion for rugby and a personal journey of athletic development. As a former professional rugby player from France, Coach Mathieu spent years training at the highest level. Upon transitioning to coaching sports-specific strength and conditioning in the U.S., he observed an alarming trend: high injury rates among young rugby players, a pattern that should not be prevalent in this age group.

KEY CHALLENGES

Through his experience, Coach Mathieu identified several key challenges hindering the development of these athletes, including:

    Emphasis on lifting heavy weights with poor form rather than focusing on rugby-specific functional strength.
