MEET YOUR COACH

I'm Mathieu Lesgourgues — former pro rugby player, movement specialist, and performance coach.

I grew up in Southwest France and played rugby professionally for over a decade before moving to Los Angeles at 28 to build a new version of myself. I transitioned from the field into coaching, specializing in rehab and strength training.

After years of competing and recovering from injuries, I created The Peak Method: a system that blends functional strength, mobility, and corrective work to help people move and train smarter.

I've used it with hundreds of clients — and on myself. Today, nearly eight years after retiring, I'm back playing rugby at 40 and feeling better than I did in my twenties.
