Hey, I'm Mathieu — former pro rugby player from France turned movement specialist and strength & conditioning coach.
After years of pushing my body to the limit, I had to rebuild it. That's how I developed The Peak Method — a smarter approach that blends mobility, rehab, and strength to help men train pain-free
Today, I use that same method to help other men over 40 fix nagging issues, build strength, and move like themselves again.

Personalized training held at my private gym or in-home — focused on your pain points, movement issues, and strength goals. Includes assessment, custom program, mobility work, and recovery strategies.
- Hybrid or Virtual Coaching
For those who can't train in person, I offer online coaching through the Peak Training App — including access to custom training plans, mobility routines, and recovery work.
A limited number of virtual 1-on-1 sessions are also available via video call, offering direct coaching and accountability from anywhere in the world.
